Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure :


  1. Warranty program coverage: One year parts and labor from the date of purchase.
  2. Download RMA form here and fill out the RMA form entirely.
  3. E-mail RMA form with proof of purchase to rma@sparklepower.com
  4. You will receive RMA# Via Email within 1 business day. RMA# is valid for 15 business days.
  5. Return defected product with RMA Form by Pre-paid Freight. RMA# must be written visibly on the Outside of the Box. Please package Product securely to prevent shipping damage and return to:

  6. Turnaround time for repair is between 2-3 weeks from the day we receive returned defected product.
  7. Sparkle Power is responsible for the shipping charges of the repaired items back to the Customer by UPS Ground ONLY.
  8. Return unit will be tested based on the problem description given by you.
    If the product is determined to be defective, we will repair and ship it to you freight prepaid.
    If the product is fine without any problem, the unit will be shipped to you freight collect.
